How will I find the property?

Once the full payment for your booking has been received and you have advised us of your full flight details, we will send you (by email) comprehensive driving directions from the relevant arrival airport to the front door of your accommodation. This document will also contain the key handover instructions for the villa and a local contact number should you require any assistance in resort, it is therefore imperative that you print this document and remember to take it with you..

Where will the keys be?

Specific instructions for the property you have booked will be supplied once you full payment has been received. Please remember to print this document and take it with you.

What time can I check in?

In order to have the property ready for you upon arrival check in time is TWO bedroom 14.00 THREE bedroom 15.00 and FOUR bedroom at 16.00 and checkout is at 10.00 to be able to prepare it for the next guests.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 09 00 until 20.00. During peak times it is possible that there may be no one there, if this is the case please feel free to call on the numbers provided.

What if I have a problem outside these hours?

Please feel free to call our 24-hour emergency helpline.

What should I do if I need help/advice?

Please email, telephone the office and someone will be able to help you.

Can you arrange transport from the airport?

Sorry we no longer offer Airport Transfers.

Is air conditioning included in the price?

NOs, air conditioning is not included in the rental price. As the cost of electricity is extremely high in Spain all the properties have devices, meaning you have to pay for what you use, we collect a deposit from you on arrival.

How can I book?

Bookings can be made directly via the website, via email or telephone.

How can I pay and when do I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer or card via PayPal 25% deposit is due at time of booking and balance 8 weeks before, if booked within 8 weeks the full price will be due.

Are the rates per person or per property?

The rates are for the property for the selected time period.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Usually there is a minimum rental period of 3 days, please ask to check Minimum stay.

What is the cancellation/deposit policy?

Once booked your payment is non refundable

Is there satellite TV?

All properties have satellite TV provided. Please note this is satellite and not sky, you will  get channels such as BBC and ITV plus other numerous channels in English including films, kids channels, news and music.

Are towels provided?

Yes, there will be a bath and hand towel provided per guest for use in the property. We recommend you bring beach towels. 

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes, all properties will have a hairdryer.

Is there an iron & ironing board?

Yes, all properties will have an iron and ironing board.

Do I need travel adapter plugs?

Yes the voltage is 220 volts, with 2-pin plug sockets.

Is the property cleaned during my stay?

The property will be cleaned for your arrival, if further cleaning is required there is a fee for this service.

Are the pools heated?

Sorry none of the pools are heated but during the summer the water is very warm. 

Can you provide cots, baby equipment?

Yes, we can, please state at the time of booking what equipment you would like and payment has to be been made at the property in cash, the items will be ready and waiting at the property for you.

Can you arrange car hire?

We have teamed up with some of the finest car hire companies in Spain to bring you the best quality cars at the lowest possible prices. Simply refer to the car hire section of our website, complete the request form and receive a free no obligation quotation for your preferred vehicle.

Can you arrange currency exchange?

Sorry No we do not offer currency exchange.

Is there a safe?

Most properties do not have a safe provided. If this is a necessity for you please check the property facilities.

Are the prices in sterling or euros?

All payments are taken in Sterling. But we can offer Prices  in Euros. Please ask

Do the villas have telephones or internet access?

None of our villas have the use of a telephone for telephone calls. To make telephone calls you can  use your own mobile phone or purchase a pay as-you-go SIM card from your local shop. All our properties have internet access, please refer to the villa description to check on your specific property.
