Booking terms For Four Bedroom Detached Aspe
To secure your holiday at Villa Aspe a deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £400 returnable security bond.
The one-off £150 linen/final cleaning fee must be paid on Arrival. WHICH MUST BE PAID IN CASH
FREE Wi-Fi is available at the property.
The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.
Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs. and departure from 10.00hrs. Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25-euro fee and after 23.00 hrs. up to 01.00 50-euro fees when handing over the keys at the property. Please note arrivals, after 01.00 am, will have to be confirmed before booking.
We can arrange airport transport from 45 Euro each way per car for 4 persons and 10 Euro per hour (door to door) for shopping trips, payable at the property.
