Close by and well within a five-minute walk, there are a supermarket, bars and restaurants where you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays – within a 10-minute walk, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
Only a 5-minute drive from the La Marquesa golf course which has a clubhouse a Large Supermarket and restaurants, shops and bars some offering night time entertainment.

Booking terms Two Bedroom El Raso Guardamar
To secure your holiday at Villa El Raso a deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £200 returnable security bond.
The one-off £75 linen/final cleaning fee must be paid on arrival as well as the air-con usage deposit. WHICH MUST BE PAID IN CASH
Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25 euro fee and after 23.00 hrs up to 01.00 hrs a 50 euro fee when handing over the keys at the property.
Please note arrivals, after 01.00 am, will have to be confirmed before booking as there is an extra cost involved.
The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.
The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, payable at the property we would require 75 Euro deposit on arrival and amount not used returned on the day on leaving or by bank transfer.
We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at £3.50 per day each.
Arrival at the property is from 1400 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.
